Shipping Policy

Delivery Area

Currently, we deliver only within Lagos State. We are actively expanding to other states.

Delivery Time

  • Same-day delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (within selected Lagos areas)
  • Next-day delivery: Orders placed after 12:00 PM
  • Delivery days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Delivery Fees

  • Fees calculated at checkout based on distance from Ojodu Berger
  • Free delivery on qualifying orders (see promotions)

Order Tracking

You will receive a WhatsApp message or SMS with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, we will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery fees may apply.

For urgent delivery inquiries, please WhatsApp us immediately after placing your order.

Return & Refund Policy

7-Day Return Policy

You may return unopened products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding delivery fees).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially consumed food products
  • Items damaged by customer mishandling
  • Products purchased on clearance or final sale

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after return approval
  • Funds are returned to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery refunds require bank account details
